Well, this was my very first trial and the looks doesn't pleased me.Can say that this cake is much more harder to prepared/ baked than the rest of the rich cheese cake I've ever baked.It was a very sensitive cake.Well, practice makes perfect, ait?)
Soft but not as rich as the New York Cheese Cake. The texture is more likely like a cake. An addition info besides of the yummy taste
